Gentle guidance on your path

"Trauma work means gently dealing with emotional injuries - in a protected environment that provides security and stability. It helps to understand stressful experiences, release inner tensions and draw new strength."

Tirza Baumberger, Counselor for Trauma-Centered Coaching and Support

In trauma counseling, my aim is to create a protected space in which everything that was (or still is) difficult can be seen and held - at your own pace, with respect and mindfulness.

It is important to me to focus on your existing strengths and resources and to discover new ones together. These resources are the foundation of the healing process, enabling you to regain your ability to take action and be self-empowered again.

I will help you to reconnect with yourself and your inner experience. Healing often happens in small, gentle steps - and this is exactly where its strength lies

Some things take time - that is why I set aside plenty of it for you and your concerns. The 90-120 minute session allows for a deeper, yet gentle process - without any rush.
