About me

Tirza Baumberger sits on a green sofa and writes in a notebook.

My name is Tirza Baumberger - I am an open, cheerful, warm and empathetic person who loves working with people.

My faith in the Triune God is the foundation of my life. It gives me support, comfort, strength, and direction. If desired, I am happy to incorporate this faith into my counseling.

I care deeply about creating a space in which everything is allowed to be: pain, silence, anger, longing, hope - and also not knowing.

In my work, we encounter these inner parts with mindfulness - and with the knowledge that you are not alone in this. I will accompany you on your personal journey toward greater inner security, connection and self-empowerment.

My counseling is aimed at people who have had difficult or traumatic experiences - whether in childhood or as an adult, through loss, violence or prolonged stress. If you often feel overwhelmed, have inner turmoil or are burdened by old patterns, you will find a safe space here to calm down, gain clarity and develop new strength.

The first step takes courage.
I am happy to accompany you.
